Do I need venue permission?
Yes — venue permission is required and is the client’s responsibility. Every venue has its own rules. We strongly recommend confirming approval with your venue (or event coordinator) before booking.
Are the sparklers safe to use indoors?
Yes. Our cold spark fountains are safe to use indoors and are designed to create a fireworks-style moment without open flame. They don’t produce noticeable odor, smoke, or carbon dioxide during normal use. That said, venues vary — so please confirm indoor approval with your venue.
How long does the spark effect last?
You’ll get about 4–5 minutes of total firing time, typically run in ~90-second intervals for clean, cinematic cues.
How many times can the effect be used?
Rentals are based on a 2-hour window. Our technician arrives and sets up / warms up the machines 30–45 minutes before the first cue. Within that 2-hour window, the machines can typically be used 6–8 times total (depending on your cue timing).
Do I need a permit?
Permit requirements depend on the venue and local fire authority. Some venues require a permit or fire marshal approval for any special effect. We recommend checking with your venue first — they will tell you exactly what’s required for that location.
What’s the price and what’s included in delivery?
Pricing is $250 per cold spark machine with a 2-machine minimum. That means your rental starts at $500.
Delivery, setup, and 2 hours of onsite technician operation is $275.
